Hi, I’m Mathew Torres, but everyone just calls me Mat (with one T). I’m all about helping people make smart decisions that protect what matters most. Whether it’s planning for the future, navigating life’s uncertainties, or making sense of complex choices, I’m here to simplify the process and provide guidance you can trust. My approach is always personal—getting to know you, understanding your goals, and finding solutions that fit your life.

A little about me: I’m an Arizona native, born and raised in Casa Grande, and a proud ASU grad. I was in ROTC during college and now serve as an officer in the Army National Guard. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in different industries that revolve around helping people make informed decisions—giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to plan, protect, and grow what’s important to you.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my amazing wife for 18 years, and we have two great kids—plus two cats who think they run the house. I’m active in my church, Arizona Community Church, and when I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll probably find me geeking out over sci-fi (huge Star Trek: The Next Generation fan), playing the trumpet, or tinkering with a software project. I also love watching Shark Tank because it inspires me to think outside the box.

Hello I'm Rachel Staggs, I graduated from Texas State University in 2012 and have over 10 years of sales experience. I have lived many different work lives. Once worked for George Strait, USAA, and Facebook to name a few. I talk to everyone I meet everywhere I go and I don't think I've ever met a stranger. I have two children, who are my absolute world. In my spare time, I like running, going to the gym, golfing, yoga, and listening to music. I am so excited for the opportunity to use my full skill set to help families with their insurance needs.
